Actually, you were almost right... the remaining six acres are going to Nerinx Hall .... who is going to use the land as a beach head to launch attacks onto the Cor Jesu campus.
BUT! The Ursuline girls have the mining rights to that same 6 acres, and will be able to undermine any efforts by Nerinx to destabilize the delicate Catholic Girls School balance.
How large is the cave under Cor Jesu Academy?
Was this land originally owned by Gus Busch and donated to the nuns to create Cor Jesu Academy?
Why was there a clubhouse and swimming pool on the property before Cor Jesu was built?
What was stored in the cave?
Is that why there is a large crack in the kitchen of Cor Jesu kitchen?
Was the cave part of General Grant's coal mines?
Why can't you build on the 10 acres? Is the ground contaminated from over the years or just clay?
What is the chemical odor during the day?
History has shown why land is donated!
Landfills?
caves?
contamination?
sink holes?
underground water?
How many people that has worked or studied at Cor Jesu Academy had or has cancer of the following:
thryoid?
breast?
brain?
autistic children?
leukemia?
leukemia children at Our Lady of Providence?
Could it be the water or in the soil?
Was there any illegal dumping done before Cor Jesu Academy was built?
